• What’s involved:
To assist in the management of a comprehensive day to day facilities management service to the users of a group of buildings (acros several sites) ensuring the environment is safe and comfortable.
To promote and represent Property & Asset Management in dealing with staff, management and the promotion of the unit’s services.
To be responsible for the management of staff reporting to post, ensuring an effective service is provided through staff development, training and appraisals.

- either BIFM qualified or studying for BIFM
- staff management experience
- experience of using specialist facilities management software - preferably CAFM
