• What’s involved:
To manage a caseload of customers in order to give high quality housing advice that will meet their immediate needs, protect their defensible tenancy rights and contribute towards preventing homelessness that may otherwise follow from unresolved problems.
To record casework on a computer system in a timely way that enables accurate reporting of outcomes and demand statistics, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the council’s housing advice & prevention.
To promote and develop alternative housing solutions to prevent homelessness, and meet the housing needs of customers.
