To provide advice to service managers and commissioners on matters to do with social care policy, support service reviews, undertake research and quality/performance initiatives to improve outcomes for service users.
To lead on monitoring and reporting on implementation of the Department’s Quality and Performance Framework linked to your areas of specialist knowledge.
