• What’s involved:
1. To collate and produce performance reports, KPIs, Balanced Scorecards, and information relating to quality, customer satisfaction and delivery of services for managers and relevant Board
2. To assist with the implementation and monitoring of the performance indicator framework across the Group
3. To provide guidance for internal customers on the performance frameworks, monitoring mechanisms and regulatory requirements in relation to statutory performance indicators
4. To benchmark performance against national and peer group statistics
5. To prepare, co-ordinate and submit the Housing Corporation’s Regulatory Statistical Return (RSR) forms
6. To co-ordinate the completion of local authority statistical returns.
7. To attend Senior Management Team meetings to present KPI reports
8. To develop effective performance monitoring processes to assess and monitor the quality of the services provided by the Group Partners and analyse to determine trends

- strong MS Excel skills
- demonstrable experience in working within a statistical analysis environment
