Our Temporary and Contract Recruitment division contains three distinct businesses, each of which operates on a national coverage basis, serving the needs of clients who are major players within their respective fields.
For each and every role that we are asked to fill we use highly specific advertising in addition to having access to an extensive database of candidates that we have built up over our many years in business. All candidates are individually assessed before being selected and put forward for any role.
This business is focused on providing skilled temporary and contract workers to local authorities and other public bodies. Here we tend to operate as specialist panel vendors, working through major RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) companies.
We cover a wide range of vacancies including almost all administrative grades, most technical and professional posts and a majority of supervisory and managerial roles likely to be requested by our clients. We also supply senior consultants and interim heads of service.
We have in recent times also extended our operating model as a professional panel supplier into private sector RPO work and anticipate that this will eventually become a distinct business within the division.
This is a specialised recruitment and staffing operation dedicated to supporting private sector contractors in their management of outsourced contracts with local authorities. We recruit and as/if necessary act as the employer of record for the supply both of individuals and teams of individuals, complete with management if required. We cover both on-street and office based personnel.
We also provide in-situ and off-site staff training, as required, in procedures and in working to the governing legislation — e.g. Traffic Management Act 2004. We also occupy a niche in supplying teams of evening workers who would typically be deployed at clients' premises and engaged in notice processing and other administrative tasks.
The type of role that we fill within this area ranges from on-street enforcement, includes all back office positions and extends through to contract management and consultative positions. All staff used are experienced parking operators with several years of experience in equivalent roles.

This is another specialist recruitment business and one that draws upon our consultants' 100+ years of collective experience within accountancy, banking, finance and insurance related recruitment.
The main thrust of this division is within temporary and contract work, but we also work on permanent hires when required. Whilst we can and do work bilaterally with clients within this field, our preferred method of operating is to work alongside RPO companies as trusted and dependable panel suppliers.
